Balancing: Single, Dual and Multi-plane Balancing
In-situ Dynamic Balancing
2 modules are available:
- The Single/Dual plane software module is particularly suited for shop or field balancing of rotors operating in their rigid body zone (well below their first critical speed).
- The Multi-plane software module is designed to balance rotors above the first critical speed i.e. the zone where the rotor deforms and reaches its first bending mode.
Our Company is well versed in providing technical guidance related to high vibration by Ex – BHEL/Siemens Balancing Expert. We execute Balancing of various rotary equipment’s (Fans/Blowers/Turbine/Crusher, Feed Pumps etc).
Further we are proficient in Turbine Balancing of (Steam/Gas/Hydro) ranging from 1 to 800 MW. Pre & Post Monitoring of Turbine Vibration followed by In-Situ Balancing during Run-Up & Coast-down or Critical situation are facilitated.
Laser Alignment Services
Rotating machines are prone to misalignment. Precision alignment optimizes the maintenance cost. Conventional methods for shaft alignment, such as straightedge, filler gauge or dial gauge, are very time consuming. The quality of the resultant depends on the experience of the expert.
We provide accurate/precise alignment solutions (Analyzer with Expert) to your rotary equipment’s especially Fans, Turbine, Crushers, Motor etc.

- Decrease wear on bearings, seals, shafts and couplings.
